Entertainment, pop culture, and media have shaped the way I understand people for as long as I can remember. From entertainment programming and international production shows early in my career, through to talent management, PR, and more recently brand strategy, I've spent my life studying what makes audiences connect and what gives people longevity within rapidly changing industries.
Over 16 years leading Stage Addiction, I've worked across talent management, public relations, brand partnerships, digital growth, and creative direction. My roster has included some of Australia's most recognisable personalities across television, social media, journalism, comedy, podcasting, politics, digital culture, and social commentary. No two careers have ever required the same blueprint, and that continues to be the part of the work I love most.
What I've learned is that long-term success rarely comes from chasing attention alone. The people and brands that last are built on clarity, trust, self-awareness, community, and a strong understanding of their voice. Everyone has something to say, but few have a voice that will truly be heard.
Beyond strategy, relationships, and opportunities, the part of the work I value most is care. Effective management should protect the individual as much as it builds the public profile. Some of the most meaningful work I've done has happened quietly — helping clients navigate pressure, reconnect to themselves, trust their instincts, or find direction when the industry became too loud.
In 2026, I'm expanding this work through a consultancy built around voice, values, and vision. The goal is simple: helping people and brands grow with intention, communicate with clarity, and build momentum that lasts. Culturally relevant, commercially valuable, and personally sustainable.
Alongside client work, I'm passionate about mentorship and creating real pathways for the next generation entering media and entertainment. I'm also actively working toward stronger standards, transparency, and regulation within the Australian talent and agency industry, advocating for emerging and established talent who are too often taken advantage of, misrepresented, or stripped of value at the beginning of their careers.
